Hi, I’m Hilary.

I’m a mom, a longtime member of the Iowa Great Lakes community and someone who genuinely enjoys bringing order, creativity and calm to the details that can easily become overwhelming.

My background includes a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a minor in Psychology and investigative experience—all of which strengthen my ability to communicate, stay organized, solve problems and remain composed when plans unexpectedly change. My farming background, involvement in youth sports and 4-H, and life as a busy mother have also taught me the value of hard work, flexibility and showing up when people are counting on me.

I created Okoboji Hospitality Co. because I saw a need for dependable, personalized help that makes life’s important moments easier and more enjoyable.

Whether I’m coordinating the details of a wedding day, preparing a vacation home for arriving guests, helping with an event or creating a meaningful gift, I love taking responsibilities off someone else’s shoulders. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching people relax, remain present and enjoy an experience because they know the details are being handled.

This business is about more than checking items off a list. It is about listening carefully, anticipating needs, solving problems and helping people spend their time where it matters most—with the people they love.
